Responsibilities

• Preparation of handover collaterals.
• Handover of units to homebuyers.
• Liaise with homebuyers and project team on defects rectification.
• Pre TOP inspection of units

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or Building Management & Services
• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ of experience in Customer Service or real estate industry
• Possess effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to interact well with people of all levels
• Pleasant, energetic with positive attitude
• Good team player with the ability to work independently.
