Responsibilities

  • ​Manage day to day operations of Call Centre including manpower deployment and handling of staff-related matters
  • Leading the supervisors and team to achieve divisional key performance indicators
  • Overall accountable for Call Centre internal audit and workflow processes
  • Ensure continuous improvements of work processes and reduction in cost per call
  • Conduct presentation for local and overseas visitors 

 

 

Requirements

  • Min Diploma with 3 years’ working experience, preferably in call centre industry
  • Reports to Senior Executive and Supervises a team of about 20 duty managers in call centre
  • Resourceful and possess initiative to handle operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced 24x7 environment
  • Independent, possess strong analytical and report writing abilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with staff of all levels

 

5 days work week (Mon to Fri), 8.00am to 5.30pm
