Job Summary

Responsibilities

 CRM

• Planning and management of CRM Activity (Redemption Program/ Member’s Events)
• Sending of bi-monthly EDM
• Management of regular EDM

Digital Marketing

• Working closely with HQ on updates of website inclusive of new products and amendments
• Work with agency on Facebook & Instagram updates and content calendar
• Management of Bloggers
• Upload and manage videos on Youtube Channel
• Manage and execute digital campaigns
• Prepare monthly reports
• Management of any projects related to Digital
• Assist in events and workshops

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience 
• Prior experience in a FMCG, retail, cosmetics/beauty industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skill;
• A good team player and independent worker;
• Good negotiation skills and excellent at building rapport;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Powerpoint & Excel.
• Knowledge of design software will be an advantage
• Flair for creative/design preferred
