Responsibilities

• To handle site property management/maintenance with support of a site team
• To meet KPIs set on building efficiency and energy use
• Knowledge of CSR and environmental initiatives will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 is a PLUS

Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Real Estate Management with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Qualified Fire Safety Manager is a MUST
• Must have experience in managing Grade A office buildings
• Knowledge on M & E systems
• Good oral and written communication skills
