Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To lead the team to support the operations and in-house technicians handling in-vehicle-equipment maintenance
• To monitor/audit maintenance workshops KPI and ensure that workshops meet the target
• To ensure the workshops provide comprehensive maintenance
• To manage fleet projects
• To compile regular performance reports
• To assist with ad-hoc projects and other duties

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry is a PLUS
• Strong leadership capabilities to lead a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• A team player with excellent customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
