Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls from customers
  • Make appointment for customers for servicing
  • Assist with service advisors on call centre matters
  • General admin duties

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' levels and above
  • At least 1-2 years of experience
  • Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground job.
  • Customer oriented with high level of service attitude
  • Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
  • Able to claim OT after working hours

 

Working hrs: 08.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) 08.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Alternate Saturday)
