Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers for telephone reports
• Handle customers’ complaints/feedback and update to managers
• Take care of customers delight programme coordination
• Assist other colleagues during their absence
• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Min O levels or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in customer services
• Positive attitude and posses good communication skills
• Able to claim OT

Working hours: 8am – 6pm (Mon-Fri), 8am – 12.30pm (Alt Sat)
