Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor LTA QoS and appeal to relevant authorities
• Manage enquiries from passengers, hirers and third parties pertaining to motor insurance (e.g. accident claims, no claim bonus)
• Manage and collate all accident and claims statistics
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Ensure ISO documentation is updated
• Ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3 years of working experience
• Preferably with motor insurance knowledge
• Meticulous with good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

5 Days Workweek - 08.00 a.m - 05.30 p.m. - OT Payable
