Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the Mall’s facilities
• Assist the mall in its ECO programs and various certifications
• To liaise with tenants in the handling and taking over of the units
• Able to deal with contractors and call quotations/tenders for works to be carried out
• Assist in activities related to mall promotion and tenancy matters
• Liaise with and supervise contractors on building maintenance / services

Requirements

• Diploma in Building Management with minimum 4 years of experience
• Degree in Building/Estate Management with minimum 2 years of experience 
• Knowledge of Green Mark Certification and experience working in a retail mall is a PLUS
