Responsibilities

  • To provide Admin and HR support for the HR Team
  • Support HR Manager on interview arrangements and admin matters
  • Updating of HR system
  • Filing of documents, compiling HR & Admin reports.
  • Coordinating of interviews

 

Requirements

  • Min Diploma with 1 year of administrative experience
  • Strong in MS words and Excel is a Plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and highly initiative, a self starter
