Responsibilities

  • Computation of payroll for up 40 promoters. (As this job function requires randomly checking of sales record and calculation of commission and sales incentives in accordance to existing sales programmes, it is essential for the candidate to be good in numbers and is careful on detailed calculation)
  • Must be able to meet deadline and work late during payroll period
  • Assist the HR Manager in the areas of recruitment, employee orientation, administration of employee benefits - including organizing employee event and generating of reports.
  • Handle administrative work - employment/dependant pass application/processing/termination, expatriate tenancy matters, vehicle leasing agreements, checking of employee claim for business trips and insurance claim.
  • Other general administrative work function to be assigned from time to time.


 

Requirements

  • Min a Diploma
  • Good in calculation and figures
  • Proficient in MS Office especially excel.
  • Able to commence work immediately or under short notice is a PLUS
  • Candidates with experience in payroll computation/processing preferred
  • Software used: Paymaster
