Responsibilities

• Liaise with Tenants on issues relating to Lease/Property Management
  
• Coordinate with Managing Agent/Site Manager on Building Management/Maintenance Issues

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Property Management
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a MUST
• Possess a high level of initiative effective communication, and interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Able to multi task and work under pressure
