Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical and training matters in Singapore and achieve the set goals
• Prepare and achieve annual business plans in the same areas
• Communicate with principals within the areas of responsibility
• Implement the activities as set in the yearly business plan
• Formulate policies for technical/training activities and also workshop management
• Initiate and propose the purchase of appropriate equipment and special tools to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Service Department
• Recognise, coordinate and formulate training programme for technical staff
• Ensure smooth and proper running of the department
• Conduct or facilitate the conduct of appropriate trainings to the staff so that the skills and ability to support cars is sound
• Take charge of HST literature updating (online version)
• Responsible for recall campaigns and in-dealership training for Aftersales.
• Responsible for Test Programmes 1,2,3.
• Responsible for submitting technical enquiries thru DISS2.

Requirements

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry is a PLUS
• Training and techncial experienced
• Good presentation skills and commnucation skills
