Responsibilities
- Answering of phone calls
- Support the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the office by ensuring adequate office supplies and all office equipment are in good operating conditions at all times.
- Assist in the recruitment of candidates by sourcing, liaising with external recruitment agencies.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for the department as directed by the Manager.
- Liaise and maintain good working relations with the suppliers and vendors.
- Work overtime when required to clear outstanding works or when situation dictates.
- Maintain a good inventory record of trade and non-trade supplies kept in the HQ office.
Requirements
- At least 3 Year working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast & creative learner
- Able to multi-task and resourceful
