Responsibilities

  • Answering of phone calls
  • Support the Operations Manager in the day to day running of the office by ensuring adequate office supplies and all office equipment are in good operating conditions at all times.
  • Assist in the recruitment of candidates by sourcing, liaising with external recruitment agencies.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for the department as directed by the Manager.
  • Liaise and maintain good working relations with the suppliers and vendors.
  • Work overtime when required to clear outstanding works or when situation dictates.
  • Maintain a good inventory record of trade and non-trade supplies kept in the HQ office.

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 Year working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fast & creative learner
  • Able to multi-task and resourceful
