Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct hand over of completed units to purchasers.
- Follow up on purchasers’ complaints and liaise with relevant parties on defects rectification works.
- Provide administrative support and assist in events.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any Field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Real Estate industry
- Customer service oriented with friendly disposition
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Possess effective communication
- Ability to interact well with people of all levels
- Pleasant, energetic with positive attitude
