Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct hand over of completed units to purchasers.
  • Follow up on purchasers’ complaints and liaise with relevant parties on defects rectification works.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in events.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any Field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Real Estate industry
  • Customer service oriented with friendly disposition
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Possess effective communication
  • Ability to interact well with people of all levels
  • Pleasant, energetic with positive attitude
