Responsibilities

  • Oversee Call Centre and lead the team to achieve targeted call volumes (100+ Staffs)
  • Manage staff deployment, payroll and related issues for effective and efficient call centre operations
  • Ensure continuation in achieving Quality Assurance for Call Centre
  • Analyze call volume trends and preparation of statistics reports
  • Management of projects on an ad-hoc basis

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer science or Business equivalent with minimum 3 - 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Results-oriented and possess the ability to handle operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent and possess strong analytical ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy managing people and interacting with staff of all levels
  • Preferably possess ISO Certification
