Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service hotline for South East Asia
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly
  • Coordinate call-back activities and reporting processes
  • Ensure accurate CRM data entry processes and reports
  • Provide precise and complete call logs for all customers interactions and the action taken
  • Takes ownership and follows through to close the loop on each customers interaction
  • Meet customers satisfaction survey poll target set for the call transactions handled
  • Meet and/or exceed all other individual and department KPI
  • Proactively promote company products and services

Requirements

  • Min 'O' level, Diploma holders
  • Min 1-2 relevant working experience
  • Be independent and resourceful
  • Proficent in MS Office
  • Able to start work immediate or short notice is a PLUS
  • 5 days work week
  • 5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT
