Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, sales enquires and service walk in customers
  • Responsible for preparing sales quotation, project deliveries, budget and project schedule
  • Support Account Servicing Team in coordinating and follow up on job orders
  • Assist new sales staff in order processing and coordination
  • Responsible for tracking of orders with the production and project team
  • Manage projects from planning to implementation to ensure timely delivery and execution of customer's requirements are met
  • Follow up closely with customers on overdue payments

Requirements

  • Min 'O' level and higher
  • At least 2-3 years of customer service support experience
  • Posses postive attitude and able to be team player
  • Great intiative and sense of responsibility
  • Able to multi-task with good communication and problem solving skills
  • Well versed with production processes, procedures and workflow
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
