Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To provide IT Support to both internal and external guest when required
• Smooth operations on all system such as HMS,Vincard,POS etc
• Checking on daily backups, all system interfaces, server hardware and logs
• Work and manage suppliers/vendors and ensuring servicing are well maintained
• Ensure all system are covered by proper maintenance contracts and follow up on suppliers' visits and maintenance
• Assist exisiting/new properties as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or any relevant qualification
• Min 2 Years of IT Support in Hosplitality Industry
• Good knowledge in LAN, Security,Wireless, IP Technology and Hospitality Solutions and Software.
• Independent with Min Supervision
• Positive Attitude and a Team Player
