Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Housekeeping Staff
• To supervise, coordinate and execute all housekeeping activities
• Assignment of manpower for daily duties and room allocations
• Monitor and ensure sufficient supply of amenities in every floor and rooms
• To perfom inspection on cleanliness of rooms and public areas cleanliness
• Handling guests feedback and resolving it to ensure guest satisfaction
• To provide On-The-Job training for all housekeeping staff
• To help in room cleanliness during high occupancy or when there are shortage of staff
• To monitor and control the housekeeping inventory

Requirements

• More than 2 years of housekeeping experiences in the hospitality industry
• Posses good communication and leadership skills
• Ablilty to work under pressure and ability to work with all level of staff
• Able to work shifts, weekedns and public holidays
