Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan & oversee the execution of Training programs in line with brand strategy to ensure retail achievement & service excellence.
• Monitor training calendar
• Design yearly training plan taking into account
• Newcomer training (orientation & basic)
• New product training (launches)
• Technical skills training - selling techniques, make-up skills, etc).
• Guarantee sales performance & service standards through adequate trainings
• Train on specific programs
• Work closely with Human Resources on recruitment skills development
• Identify & develop Beauty Advisors & Make-up artists
• Perfect grooming is in line with brand requirements during training & in-store

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Retail Management or similar and/or Certified Trainer in Cosmetics & Skincare related (CIDESCO, etc..)
• Minimum of 5-8 years’ Training experience, out of which at least 2 yrs in a Managerial Capacity
• Self-driven, motivated and passionate about the Beauty Industry
• High sense of luxury for customer service
• Analytical in approach to identify opportunities
• Result oriented, creative and innovative
• Good business acumen
• Proven experience in motivating and coaching sales staff
• Proficient in MS Office such as Powerpoint, Excel Pivot Table/Vlookup, outlook
