Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Brand management with Profit and Loss accountability
• Responsible for achieving sales targets and planning of marketing strategies for brand growth
• Proactively strategize on trade activities inclusive but not limited to promotion activities, incentive programs, retailer exclusive collaborations to achieve sales growth vs LY and target numbers
• Establish strong good relationship with retailers and accounts
• Liaise and communicate with other business units to assure maximization of all the brand's performance measurement goals
• Responsible for sales/business/pricing analysis, order analysis and submission
• Ensure brand presentation standards (including all forms of products and visual merchandising - VMD) are in proper accordance to corporate direction(both sales and marketing perspective)
• Monitor forecast and budget in accordance to the brand's KPI
• Work closely with HQ on product concept, positioning and development
• Monitor and report on market conditions and competitive activities to provide recommendation for development

Requirements

• Degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing
• More than 7 years of relevant experiences
• Have relevant work experience in the beauty retail indsutry
• Strong analytical skills and good commerical acumen
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
