Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To manage and lead sales and customer service personnel in their daily business activities
• To develop a sales and action plan to ensure own sales target is achieved
• To develop and execute strategies targeting existing and new market sectors to secure new client accounts
• To foster and bulid strong client relationships at all levels
• To manage projects from planning through to implementation and ensure timely delivery and execution of clients requirements
• To analyse market trends and clients needs and recommended marketing strategies that offer new business opportunities
• To take responsibility for developing pricing proposals
• Ablitiy to negotiate with clients and agree contractual terms of business
• Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in collection of overdue payments

Requirements

• Min 'A' Level or Diploma holders with at least 3-4 years of sales and accounts serving experiences
• A service-oriented individual with strong account management experiences
• Good understanding of retail market trends, competition strengths and customer needs
• Good initiative and sense of responsibility
• Well-versed with print production processes, work procedures and workflow
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong presentation skills and creative selling skills
• Able to work extra hours or on selected weekends as and when required
