Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To ensure all Associates conduct their business in a legal and ethical manner and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
• To educate Associates and internal staff on Company Policies and Procedures
• To monitor, investigate and enforce Associate compliance with Company Policies and Procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines
• To correspond with the Supervisor on issues related to compliance matters in a timely manner

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in business administration or related field with paralegal qualifications or relevant experience is preferred
• At least 3 years of background in compliance and/or customer service
• With previous experience in direct selling industry favourable
• Good communication skill, problem solving, questioning and investigative skills
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including WORD and EXCEL
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Must be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment effectively
• Must possess a high degree of ethics and integrity
