Responsibilities

Assist Retail Manager to oversee Sell-in business including store operations and administrative tasks

Management of Sell-in business (Sephora/Valirum) including:

  • Sell-in of new product launches/change of product codes
  • Process purchase orders timely and accurately
  • Work with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stocks
  • Ensure accuracy in return stocks quantity with Return Vouchers
  • Generate and file invoice
  • Monthly stock take to review counter and warehouse inventory level to maintain healthy turnover of stocks and accuracy of stock level
  • Involved in animation set-up inclusive arrangement of VMD display and posters
  • Build rapport with floor staffs
  • Analysis and monitoring of sales trend
  • Ensure suitable product range and propose to replace (if needed)
  • Propose promotional mechanics to Retail Manager
  • Meets counter sales targets and completes tasks on time
  • Regular visits to counters to ensure smooth operations, such as maintenance of VMD, testers and FIFO of stocks
  • Arrange with training department to provide new product training to floor staff
  • Assist in Events, Animations set ups/Atriums and Beauty Workshops
  • Share ideas and contribute to trade activities and provide feedback on marketing activities
  • Mentor and assist new BAs at counter
  • Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system
  • Track and update response of marketing activity or promotions
  • Provide feedback on competitor’s activity and store ranking info

Requirements

  • Min. GCE 'O' Levels
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong oral communication
  • Proactive with integrity
  • Must thrive on challenging dynamic environment and be able to make things happen
  • A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
  • High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude, and result driven
  • Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Good organisational skills
