Responsibilities
- To answer all customers’ inquiries pertaining to service issues.
- Maintenance, updating and perform rectification of metering reading data on Evatic System.
- Work closely with inter-departments on billing for meter-reading.
- Scheduling and coordinating daily maintenance for technician.
- Compilation and Preparation of Weekly and Monthly General Service Report.
- Preparation of Monthly Maintenance Schedule for Assistant Engineers and Technicians.
- Preparation of Letter of Notification and Maintenance Contract.
- Preparation of Credit and Debit Note.
- Consolidation of OT Claims of Assistant Engineers and Technicians and submits to HR Department for payment.
- Receive of consumable goods.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge of SAP/ Evatic System is an advantage.
- Independent and able to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive mindset.
- Prior experience in sales administrative support duties is preferred.
- Able to work late during month end.
