Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, induction for new hires, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations/welfare and industrial relations
• Assist in headcount, labour costs and other manpower-related reports
• Provide guidance and interpretation to all levels of employees on HR policies
• Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained in all HR records and documents
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role
• Possess strong verbal and written communication
• Proactive self-starter, result and customer oriented with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
• Good knowledge of the local employment act and legislations
• Experience in budget planning is an added advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
