Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and service of quality beverages for customers
• Ensure proper storage of all products/items
• Clean and reset bar tables for service according to department manual standard
• Return empty liquor bottles to designated area
• Break down and set up bar area with all bar supplies
• Refill all napkin dispensers, milk dispensers and sugar containers for customers
• Refill display case with appropriate food items
• Ensure proper food/drinks presentation by following set standards at all times
• Workstation’s cleanliness must be maintained at all times
• Ensure sanitary measures are compiled with at all times during preparation of all food/drinks
• Take orders from the customers at the bar and record them on checks
• Perform cashiering duties
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Ensure all glassware are clean
• Fill the ice machine as needed
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by restaurant manager

Requirements

• Minimum 'N' level with 1 Year of relevant work experience
• Working experience in beverage making is a strong asset
• Team player and love interaction with people of diverse background
• Pro-active and has strong sense of responsibility as a stakeholder for company’s product and branding
• Able to commit overtime (when required) and willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Rotating/split shifts
• Uniform provided
