Responsibilities

  • Provide all secretarial and administrative support to GM
  • Taking minutes of meeting
  • Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries and feedback in an appropriate manner;
  • Maintain up-to-date filing system to trace for follow up and reference;
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and conference calls;
  • Handle travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels and visa, when required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports;

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level certificate and a Private Secretary’s Certificate
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good and mature personality
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative and good in problem solving
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice will be an advantage
