Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and high standards of service to customers
• Provide product knowledge / professional advice to customers on merchandise
• Contribute as a team to work towards the sales goals set by the Management
• Organize merchandise presentations under directions from the store / brand management / VM team
• Replenishment of merchandise to ensure merchandise availability
• Perform cashiering duties in accordance to Company’s SOP
• Packing / re-packing / manual tagging of merchandise
• Perform frequent checks on the expiry dates of merchandise
• Perform general / basic housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and presentation of store

Requirements

• Minimum 'N' levels with minimum 3 years working experience
• Customer service orientated and sales driven
• Pleasant, pro-active, passion in retail
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit overtime as and when required Others:
• 5 days per week
• AM/PM rotating shift
• Uniform provided
