Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality and high standards of service to customers
• Provide product knowledge/ professional advice to customers on merchandise (female fashion apparels/ accessories)
• Contribute as a team to work towards the sales goals set by the management
• Organize merchandise presentations under directions from the store/ brand management/ VM team
• Replenishment of merchandise to ensure merchandise availability
• Perform cashiering duties in accordance to Company’s SOP
• Packing/ repacking/ manual tagging of merchandise
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and presentation of store

Requirements

• Minimum 'N' or 'O' Levels, Nitec with minimum 2 years working experience in retail/ fashion apparels industry
• Customer service orientated and sales driven
• Pleasant, pro-active, passion in retail
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit overtime as and when required
• 5 days per week
• AM/PM rotating shift
• Uniform provided
