Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide first level end user desktop support
• Ensure local infrastructure are well maintained, properly backed up, and has detailed documentation that are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain an accurate local IT inventory of computers, tablets, mobiles and ensure junior staffs follow the processes to maintain the accuracy of the inventory
• Participate in local IT infrastructure projects like transferring of critical servers to Private Cloud
• Develop and maintain Powershell/Batch scripts to automate repeating and low value tasks
• Participate in Worldwide/Regional infrastructure projects such as functioning as Local Technology Evangelist for Microsoft Office 365 guiding users to better utilize the new technologies

Requirements

• Min Diploma Holders/ Degree holders.
• Has 3-4 Years of related working experience.
• Good experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Powershell scripting and Networking is a Plus
• Attained Advanced to Expert lecel on Microsoft Suite.
• Preferably with experience in Mobile Device Management.
