Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Process relevant experience on repairs, diagnosis and maintenance including replacement spare parts of CNC Sinker/Wire EDM & CNC Milling machines.
• Able to conduct basic training on machine maintenance.
• Able to conduct machine application training (Operational & Programming) to customer on CNC Sinker / Wire EDM & CNC Milling machines.
• Experience on CAD/CAM system is an added advantage.
• To ensure Service process operational and provide quality services.
• Ability to follow instruction and carry out tasks from Senior Engineer/Manager.
• Ability to recommend solutions to customer problem situations.
• Ability to negotiate with the customer for the job requirement and protect company interest.
• Ability to make reliability report, company target report and follow up action for reporting status.

Requirements

• Min 2-3 relevant working experience.
• Dip in Electronics or Mechatronics
• Be independent and resourceful.
