Responsibilities

  • Plan, tailor and conduct customer service training and product training calendar
  • Provide New BA/ Customer Service/ Products/ Skills training to teams inclusive of Office Team
  • Involved in coordination for mystery shopping and customer service excellence projects
  • Oversee Makeup Artist Teams
  • Ensure frontline staff are equipped with accurate product knowledge
  • Ensure frontline staff adhere by grooming/ customer service guideline (such as journals and review forms)
  • Support launches and external collaborations by conducting workshops and makeup demonstrations whenever necessary
  • Liaise with HQ on training schedule, training materials and provide relevant reports on process
  • Provide counters with relevant customer service tools (Skin View, Counselling kit)
  • Conduct field visits to ensure BA performance is up to expectations and grooming standards are adhered
  • Responsible for BA uniforms such as design, allocation and ordering of BA uniforms
  • Provide advice on marketing collaterals and activity based on understanding of customer’s profiles and products
  • Liaise with HQ on customer service issues (Manufacturing or quality issues etc) / return / allergy cases and provide monthly reports
  • Provide customer service to customer enquiry and complaints which includes management and handling of product enquiries on Facebook

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Professional Makeup Artistry is a must
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in formulating, implementing and delivering training programmes
  • Strong experience in training including creative and effective delivery of training
  • Retail and beauty experience preferred
  • High level of competency in presentation
  • Skincare and makeup skills proficiency
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, committed, determined, diligent and trustworthy nature
  • Creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, has initiative, and willing to be “hands-on” when required
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required
  • Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment

 

Working Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m.
