Job Summary

Responsibilities

1) Consumer Research in ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia):

• Management of consumer panels (Sometime recruiting new panels with agency)
• Product Evaluation Research - Efficacy evaluation of product / Sensory evaluation of product
• Analysis of consumer research results
• Work with HQ R&D Researcher in Korea

2) Market and New Product Research:

• Reporting new cosmetics and market trend a biweekly
• Checking the consumer’s feedback of our (and) competitor products

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s Degree with about one year of experience in Consumer/Market Research field in beauty or similar industries (FMCG)
• Experience in cosmetic industry will have top priority
• Those who are working in a market research company are preferred
• Business Acumen/Commercial Awareness and numerically inclined
• Analytical and problem solving skill
• Stay current on statutory and labour market changes and trends
• Strong written and oral communication
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Passion in Consumer Research field
• A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
• Self-motivated, committed, determined, diligent and trustworthy nature
• Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, has initiative, and willing to be “hands-on” when required
• Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required
• Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Strong sense of updated and current trends in FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Industry
