Job Summary

Responsibilities

• To manage and lead sales and customer services personnel in their daily business activities
• Devise sales plans and actions to ensure own sales target is achieved
• Identify new accounts, untapped market segment and new area of growth to increase market share
• Develop and execute strategies in providing effective solutons to maintain existing accounts and procure potential customers
• Manage projects from planning to implementation and to ensure timely delivery and execution of customer requirements
• Analyze market trend and customer needs and recommend marketing strategy to new business era
• Involved with strategic planning, conceptualizing and implementing of corporate marketing and communications activities, sales, advertising and promotional programmes into results
• Work closely with support team in meeting customer requirements
• Ensure customer service experience is well-achieved within own effort and commitment

Requirements

• Min GCE "A" level or Diploma holder
• Having more than 4 Years of Sales and Account Serving Experiences
• Service oriented individual with excellent accounts management skills
• Good understanding of retail market trends, competition strengths and customer needs
• Well-versed wtih the production processess and work precedures and workflow
• Able to work under pressure, long hours and on weekends as and when required
• Excellent presentation and creative selling skills
