Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute of marketing plans locally and regionally as well as for indirect channels
• Work closely with respective managers to develop programs to facilitate growth
• Support product launch activities including exhibition, develop marketing tools, training and distribution of launch materials
• Monitor customer feedback and review customer service related issues
• Organize and implement relevant sales campaigns and initiatives to target new and existing market segments
• Conduct market research and compile market information for right strategy for business growth
• Execute, review and report on progress of sales and recommend relevant action plans
• Work closely with internal parties to ensure plans, marketing deliverables and sales activities are executed flawlessly in stores, channels, and regionally
• Prepare monthly marketing newsletter and localize the contents for dealers and internal colleagues
• Provide overall editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisement to region trade partners and local sales representatives
• Attends to business development queries
• Assist to update and maintain online communications including websites and other potential third-party online influencers (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
• To support the company in ad-hoc project, or marketing administrative duties as and when applicable

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Adminstration
• At least 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Retail Marketing
• Creative, strong communication skills
• Able to handle retail operation
