Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments and external customers (i.e. vendors, merchants, etc.) to implement and support the Company’s e-commerce initiative; identify and recommend process improvements to appropriate business partners to grow online sales and improve the e-commerce presence.
• Responsible for established e-commerce sales and profitability through merchandising plans and e-commerce processes.
• Develop and execute on the e-commerce operation from collection of order, products, checkouts and the full delivery logistic function.
• Monitor and measure order performance, order fulfillment, sales, and profitability of e-commerce products vs. budgeted goals and objective; identify opportunities for improvement and growth to ensure performance is at or above budget levels.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best e-commerce practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes.
• Plan, Develop and execute on E-commerce Marketing deliverables.

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge in e-commerce operation and coding
• Knowledge with wordpress, goggle adwords and google analytics
• Has good initiative, is dynamic, reliable and independent in achieving results.
• Creative, innovative and good team player
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess active, energetic and Hand-on attributes
• Good team player with cheerful and outgoing personality
