Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Exceed and track digital sales from various ecommerce channels
• Evaluate the performance of our online channels to forecast future sales
• Maintain all online channels stock on hand to be accurate
• Maintain accurate records on administrative duties including handling online sales invoices, tracking of individual site sales performance
• Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
• Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Working closely with logistics on orders delivery and stocks inventory.
• Apply best practices to resolve any supply chain challenges aiding in the design of sales and customers focused workflow.
• Manage existing relationship with current ecommerce logistics team
• Keep management informed by reporting stocks results/issues reports

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and 1-3 years of previous field sales experience
• Proficient in digital marketing
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
• Able to work/learn fast in fast paced environment
• Up to date with latest technology developments on ecommerce platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with ability to meet deadline
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of design software
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion in beauty industry
• Love online shopping and have a keen interest in ecommerce and digital marketing
