Responsibilities

  • Regular stores/outlets visiting
  • Lead, train and motivate team to achieve sales targets with high service standards and strong team work
  • Achieve Quarterly & Yearly sales targets and product targets, drive sales and increase customer database & flow
  • Set sales targets – Quarterly & Yearly for individual Store
  • Monitor & analyze market sales and promotional trends and feedback to Brand GM as and when required
  • Review promotions/sales performance & propose effective recommendations to drive and increase sales performance
  • Work closely with Malls for updated event/promo information/details and feedback to Office for immediate strategy plannings or actions
  • Prepare, compile and make Sales document and presentations of all allocated counters for Monthly Store meetings
  • Manage and ensure healthy & effective inventory control and system
  • Core-in-charge of all fixtures and fittings of all allocated stores. Ensuring all fixtures and fittings are in working conditions at all times
  • Collection of all administration paper works (staff purchases, delivery notes etc.) for submission
  • Prepare monthly payroll and commissions for all Full, Part-timers. Ensure all payroll are accurate before submission for final approval from Brand GM, then to HR Dept
  • Interviewing of NEW candidates for Beauty Advisor before final approval from Brand GM
  • Work closely with Marketing team for monthly strategy planning
  • Manpower control (rostering). Ensure sufficient manpower at stores/outlets at all time
  • Review Beauty Advisor’s ability and performance. Identify candidates for career advancement proposal to Brand GM (regular interview / meeting with Beauty Advisor)
  • Process Work Permit application and prepare relevant documents for foreign workers/staff

Requirements

  • Strong leadership experience in building, managing and coaching a team to achieve targets
  • Ability to conduct classroom and on-job training
  • Proven retail operation and sales success in managing 5+ stores at the same time
  • Experience with POS and Cashiering in Store
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office, SAP and BW
  • Strong sense of updated and current trends in FMCG industry
  • Strong Business acumen, analytical with good sense of numbers
  • Strong leadership experience in building, managing and coaching a team to achieve targets
  • Resilience, thrive on challenges
