Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Marketing Executive to manage online activities to promote brand and all of its campaign activities and products launches.
  • Manage customers request received by Facebook to make response.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on social media, search marketing & online advertising
  • With excellent writing and social media marketing skill, develop contents/material within given datelines.
  • To manage Brand’s main blog content with case studies, interviews, media and other relevant news
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media
  • Improve cost-per-click for paid advertising
  • Using analytics to plan, exercise and iterate online marketing and optimization campaigns
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing activities by conducting market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products and services
  • Drive the analysis of market size and share, vertical industry and customer segmentation, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Collaborating with external agency in developing Promotional materials and Website contents
  • Organize Online Marketing and Promotional campaigns
  • Write and publish materials for online advertising, marketing collateral and social media
  • Create budgeting plan and ensure all Online Marketing plans/activities fall within set budgets on a monthly/yearly basis
  • Constantly executing market research on competitors’ online marketing activities and strategies and discuss with Brand GM on their success or brand awareness
  • Keep close contact with Brand Ambassadors, Bloggers and Online Media partners on monthly product delivery and review, advertising, promotion and other collaborations respectively
  • Track and manage movement of Brand’s products to Ambassadors, Bloggers and Online Media. Update list for submission to Brand GM on a monthly basis
  • Prepare meeting materials and present during Monthly Team & Store meeting. Provide material (if any) to all Store on a monthly basis

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing role
  • Experience in cosmetic industry is a Plus
  • Experience using web content management system, email marketing system
  • Excellent communication, writing skills and project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project
  • Able to use Photoshop program
  • A good team player but works independently when required
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous in work & able to prioritize responsibilities
