Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Analysis of production data and process functions and execute improvement plans for the production line.
• Understanding the function of all machinery and processes and identify problem areas
• Collect and analyse production data to suggest improvements for productivity, wastage, etc.
• Work in a close relationship with other dept/functions through course of work
• Support in the plan and execution of improvement projects and initiatives in the factory
• Carry out Product Integrity and Traceability in the factory
• Enable the factory to achieve zero accidents due to machine safety
• Able to manage ownself and with others in the course of analysis work
• Pro-active in looking out for technical or quality issues
• Able to teamwork with production team and other related personnel and depts from manufacturing
• Suggesting and execution of continuous improvement to production processes, productivity and safety.

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘O’ Levels
• 2 - 3 Years experience needed
• Experience in supervisory roles in mechanical process manufacturing environment
• 5 Days workweek - Monday - Friday: 8am - 5.30pm
