Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate QC issues/processes with local, SEA Market and HQ team as well as external vendors
- Perform simple product diagnois and follow up
- Provide quality advises and repair feasibility
- Coordinate and communicate with local and overseas repairs with all parties concern
- Contact customers for quotation and confirmation of repair when required
- Follow-up and update customers on repair progress/status if delays are expected
- Prepare monthly reports on all QC and Repair matters
- Consolidate customer's feedback on product quality
- Monitor staff on quality checking of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Provide training and support for quality and repair issues
- Spare part ordering and inventory control
Requirements
- Min Diploma or higher
- With Min of 3 years of relevant experiences
- Experience in the Luxury/Retail/FMGC industry will be an advantage
- Meticulous and committed
- Posses leadership skills
- Good commuication and interpersonal skills
