Responsibilities

  • Manage general day to day office administration, operations and maintenance
  • Manage recruitment process
  • Liaise with government and statutory bodies in employment matters
  • Administer all new joiners, confirmation due dates, insurance, medial claims and all other correspondences
  • Implement and enforce company policies, documents, regulation and code of conduct
  • Process all work permits, Employment passes, pass conversions and PR applications
  • Plan and execute corporate events
  • Maintain and update filing system, ensuring secure storage and confidentiality of all documents

Requirements

  • Min Diploma holders or higher
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with HR Generalist role
  • Experience from the Marine industry will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Analytical, problem solver, meticulous and diligent
  • An independent and able to work under pressure
  • Open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
