Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of the showroom
  • Monitor and supervise conduct and carriage of executives including dress style and personal grooming.
  • Monitor and supervise movement of executives, including punctuality and ensure work are done according to required standards.
  • Plan and maintain roster for the showroom executives
  • Monitor movement of keys and access passes.
  • Supervise building maintenance including liaising with the relevant parties building management, contractors, etc. for repairs and rectification.
  • Oversees stock level of collaterals and samples and ensure they are replenished in a timely manner.
  • Oversees stock level of all other showroom supplies such as stationery, copier paper, toiletries, food and beverage, etc.
  • Monitor CRM system and ensure information is updated regularly and produce reports where necessary.
  • Attend to special requests and crucial feedback from visitors/clients
  • Prepare and submit monthly report to Directors
  • Oversee the marketing efforts together with the Branding & Marketing Department:
  • Plan and execute activities to increase traffic, and hence, exposure and engagement.
  • Conduct visits for external parties such as educational institutions and media to increase exposure and procure coverage.
  • Plan and conduct activities for homeowners with marketing teams from media to increase exposure and procure coverage.
  • Plan advertising and promotion campaigns

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder with major in Hospitality/Business Studies/Management
  • Self motivated individual with at least 5 years of showroom/frontline customer services experience and 3 years of supervisory role.
  • Candidate with extensive experience will be considered for Manager position
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written English
  • Ability to multi-task and work on weekends including Public Holidays
  • 5.5 Days Work-Weeks (10.00a.m. to 07.00p.m. on Mon – Fri) (11.00am to 07.00p.m. – Sat) and (Sunday Off)
