Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Involved in windows servers administration, data centre operations, server backup and recovery.
• Manage and maintain sites’ LAN & Firewalls.
• Provide 24 x 7 regional support to sites and users on a rotational basis.
• Participate in project discussion, implementation and vendor management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology with at least 3 years experience in IT operations.
• Hands-on experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Sharepoint, Crystal Report 9, SQL servers DBA, MGP, Filemaker, IIS, ISA, VB.Net, Domino server administration, Lotus Notes, antivirus, antispam, Citrix, Terminal server, CCNA/CCNP, network switches and firewall configuration (VLAN), VPN and VOIP-Nortel technologies. POS, end-user support and remote support experience will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal communication skills, a team player with ability to work independently and able to travel in short notice.
   
• Candidates must have knowledge on SQL server and crystal reports; those without SQL server & crystal reports will NOT be considered 
• Only keen in Singaporeans / SPRs / M'sians 
• 5-day work week; working hours from 9am -6pm
