Responsibilities

  • Submit store invoices through Consultation Report and update payment history file
  • Prepare Document for LOA and go through the LOA with the candidate (Join / Resignee), pass uniform to candidate
  • Share the candidate information with store / training department and AMs by email
  • Proceed with the Form / Manpower List  / Staff Listing update in shared drive
  • New Joinee – Create TA account as and when there’s new joinee
  • Inform Employee their staff information [Eg: SAP ID & PW]
  • Monthly keep track of E-Leave (System)
  • Update in the shared drive (Staff Listing) for the confirmation / resignation date
  • Calculation of Resignee (Eg: Encashment / OLD / Balance AL entitlement (PLD/OLD)]
  • Assist Employee on E-HR and prepare EDA form, pass to Area Managers
  • Collection of company assets upon Exit interview (final) with AP HR Team
  • Submit CSR to request deactivate Employee’s membership status to non-BA
  • Consolidate BAs photographs for e-HR (New Joinees)
  • Manage monthly payroll (PT / FT)
  • Provide administrative support to Area Managers
  • Handle monthly store claims
  • Manage monthly roster
  • Reply website and Facebook queries on membership enquires (Points / Status / Validity / Deletion)

 

Requirements

  • Strong organization, follow up and prioritization skills.
  • Attentive to detail, accurate and well-organized
  • Cooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
