Responsibilities

Sales

  • Build and nurture relationship with retail partners
  • Responsible for brand ranking and market share in Singapore
  • Lead, discipline, motivate and develop/train a competent retail team with high productivity
  • Responsible for motivating and forging a strong bond within retail team
  • Maximize the team’s efficiency in the planning and utilization of all resources including staffing resources
  • An exemplary role model to team members in driving creativity, understanding the commercial aspects of the business, and generating innovative ideas to steer the stores’ customer service standards, sales and net profit to exceed targets
  • Adherence to legal regulations and company’s policies and SOPs via routine supervision and thorough follow through to ensure that company assets are safeguarded at all times
  • Ensure all marketing, merchandising and business strategies are implemented, down the line, and executed with excellence to achieve operating effectiveness
  • Ensure retail team is always up to grooming and customer service standards and adhere the operational SOP accordingly
  • Ensure store/counter is always maintained up to the required standards (e.g. housekeeping, VMD etc)
  • Management of monthly payroll
  • Manage and be accountable for counter inventory
  • Provide forecast for ordering of stocks for sales purpose
  • Achieve or exceed all established KPIs
  • Manage and be accountable for A & P Budget and the ROI of marketing campaigns

 

 Marketing

  • Oversee overall scope of marketing inclusive of all aspects of Marketing
  • Manage Marketing team for planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with strategy to achieve sales objectives, and this includes tracking the ROI of such campaigns.
  • Be accountable for achievement rate of active customers including new customers through the planning of CRM campaigns and outreach to recruit and retain customers.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns to ensure brand visibility and SOV
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly reports
  • Responsible for BPI through implementation of marketing campaigns

 

 

Requirements

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Business/Retail Management/ Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, of which 3 years are in a similar capacity with multinational companies
  • Prior experience in a FMCG, retail, cosmetics/ beauty industry preferred
  • Business Acumen/Commercial Awareness and numerically inclined
  • Analytical and problem solving skill
  • Superior listening, counselling and people management ability
  • Abreast of market trends
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • A confident self-starter with a high level of drive, energy, integrity and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, committed, determined, diligent and trustworthy nature
  • Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, has initiative, and willing to be “hands-on” when required
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required
  • Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment
