Responsibilities
A. Trade Marketing
- Achievement of sales (both sell in and sell out) as well KPI of the business
- Set the overall target and manage the performance
- Discuss & develop selling proposition, product launching, campaign idea for new products with respective goals, strategies, plans and programs that drive the return in profit, awareness and volume to support sales team
- Proactively discuss & strategize on promotion programs, animation activities to achieve sales growth vs LY and target numbers
- Provide insights and analysis to the Company and brand principals, to better understand the market trends and seek opportunities for business growth
- Coordinate & ensure brand presentation standards (including all forms of products and visual merchandising – VMD) are in proper accordance to corporate direction (from both sales and marketing perspectives)
- Discuss & manage product SKU management (demand forecast, new product quantity, inventory holding, sales movement, etc) with HQ and logistic as well internal IT system
- Monitor forecasts and budgets in accordance to the brand's corporate direction
- Monitoring positioning against competitors and analyzing gaps
- Create trade marketing programs that are align with brand strategies, guidelines within approved budget
- Identify key drivers by segments and select relevant outlets for assigned activational
- Measures, calculates & report on all ROI for all sales and marketing related activity
- Prepare & report on post-mortem reports with evaluation across channels to Team, on overall performance weekly, monthly and yearly
B. POS Management
- Core in-charge of entire POS system. Study to understand and generate reports when necessary
- Core in-charge of sales reports (by daily & monthly), reads and analyze trendings and provide inputs to Team
- Develop and understand strategies from both customer and brand's point of view. Analyze and plan to find and reach ideal target from diverse methods and solve problems in the most efficient ways
- Weekly/Monthly Sales mechanic setups with POS. Ensure all running mechanics run correctly, smoothly before and/or during sales operational period on a daily basis
- POS Network troubleshooting experience with knowledge of VPN technologies, Internet connectivity options, and other remote connectivity methods/tools
- Understand urgency and resolve all issues pertaining to POS purchase transactions on daily basis
- Interface with Internet Service Providers, POS vendors and business associates
- Ensure presence on sales floor whenever necessary to support stores
- Assist with remote network setups, configurations, and support while maintaining strict standards and strengthening processing standard of POS equipment and system for retail operations
- Core in-charge to maintain, improvise and management of monthly changes to sales promotional visuals to all stores (videos/digital)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience of proven experience in GMCG marketing, sales and trade marketing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English as this person need to liaise with the HQ
- Experience in planning, execution and evaluation of channel performance highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and good commercial acumen
- Familiarity and ease in managing data and multiple reporting platforms using MS Excel and Powerpoint
