Responsibilities
- Inbound Marketing Specialist role.
- A growth hacker in the form of Online Marketeer with the requirement to wear multiple hats at one time
- Develop and implement offline and digital marketing strategies with a focus on social media, search marketing & online advertising
- With excellent writing and social media marketing skill, develop contents/material within given datelines.
- To manage Brand’s main blog content with case studies, interviews, media and other relevant news
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media
- Improve cost-per-click for paid advertising
- Using analytics to plan, exercise and iterate online marketing and optimization campaigns
- Drive the analysis of market size and share, vertical industry and customer segmentation, current market conditions and competitor information
- Collaborating with external agency in developing & organizing Online Marketing & Promotional materials/campaigns relevant to Website contents
- Work with HQ GM team on collaterals and assets for marketing use prior to launches
- Write and publish materials for online advertising, marketing collateral and social media
- Create budgeting plan, manage and ensure all Online Marketing plans/activities fall within set budgets on a monthly/yearly basis
- Constantly executing market research on competitors’ online marketing activities and strategies and discuss with Brand GM on their success or brand awareness
- Manage and execute digital campaigns from planning to contacting winners (eg. Instagram & Facebook campaigns)
- Work with agency to manage Facebook & Instagram accounts. Upload and manage videos on Youtube Channel
- Prepare meeting materials and present during Weekly Team & Monthly Store meeting. Provide material to all Store on a monthly basis
- Management of adhoc projects, such as sourcing and negotiating promotional tie-ups with third-party partners to generate revenue
- CRM related marketing activities and promotions
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Sales and Marketing/Retail Management or higher
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, specializing in digital marketing
- Experience in retail and cosmetic indusry preferred
- Able to handle project from conceptualization till completion
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
- Experince in handling agencies and third party vendors
- Posses strong experience in copy-writing and editing
- Equipped with latest knowledge of technology development on social media platforms
